4:52PM - Kali Update!
So, I just took Kali to the Vet this afternoon. No, she isn't sick, she just needs to be seen once a year. She is a cranky old lady cat (being 18 or is it 19) and the Vet likes to check her once a year.
1) She has arthritis in her hips and back... duh! She is old. They gave me cosequin (glucosamine) to give her that will hopefully help her joints.
2) She has an ear infection. We have no idea how but there it is. I have medicine to put in her ears for the next 10 days.
3) Then I had to buy flea meds for the whole pride. Five cats worth of flea medication.
4) She bites! Well, only me but still!
Total bill over $300! Wow! Well, hopefully she will be with me for many more years!

7:45AM - Productive Weekend
This have been a VERY productive weekend so far!aresash decided to go to William Tell Archery event but I knew that I wanted to stay home. I have to get ready for September Crown as well as everything else so it was for the best.
Yesterday I:
1) Did the dishes (heck they were done within 10 minutes of him leaving)
2) All of my laundry is washed, dried and put away (may be a record since I usually don't get it put away immediately)
3) The finished Largesse is ironed and ready to be dropped off with the Baroness on Tuesday
4) I ran errands and then run errands again (I lost my transfer pen)
5) I transferred the pattern for my embroidered coif to the linen
6) I sorted stuff
7) I filed stuff
8) I did some more housework stuff.
Now, it is just before 8 and I am wide awake and at it again.

10:35AM - Updates
It has been awhile since I updated mostly cause I haven't really had a lot to say.
I went to Autumn War last weekend, but a lot of other people have given better updates because they were much more involved then I was.
I was in charge of the Seige Cooking Competition. Thanks to gwen_the_potter for the donation of the pot that we gave as a prize! I promise to shop for prizes earlier if I am in charge of it next year! I have gotten postitive feedback about the staggered start and finish times. It does make for a long day but I think overall it was better.
The tent drama was a major bummer... My tent arrived Thursday night and since ayeshadream and I were sharing the tent but since we were very tired we decided to wait until Friday morning to set up the tent. After breakfast Friday morning we pulled the tent out of the container... Oh NO!!! Mold, Mildew!!! It seems that my garage has a leak or something and sometime over the year that the tent was stored it got wet. Now I get to call and see about getting it cleaned and repaired! Yay! NOT!
Projects are going slowly as I don't have a lot of time to work on them but I have approximately 3 weeks to finish the socks for my boss. She leaves in a little over 3 weeks to go to Spain for 2 months. I am almost done with the first sock so it shouldn't be a problem. Then, on to the next project, I am thinking the Tudor Rose that is on the frame and the cap that I need to get traced.
Housework: Have got to get organized!! Have to get stuff cleaned up and put away. I just can't figure out why I can't get it together! I was looking through a box of stuff and found a skirt that was a size 7! I haven't worn a size 7 in MANY years! Why do I still have it???
